On the 25th March 2012 I will be running 10k in Exeter to help raise money for the Spread the Warmth campaign with Age UK.

This will be my first running event so please offer some encouragement by donating something towards this great cause.

Too many older people are suffering and dying needlessly in winter because of the effects of cold weather. 

This winter, Age UK is aiming to make winter warmer for 360,000 people by providing information, advice and practical services to help keep older people warm and well in the winter months.
