On Monday 24th August I shall be embarking on a solo effort to cycle 110 miles from Reading to Swanage in Dorset for Medair.  My monetary target is modest, so any donation is appreciated, even if it's £1. If you can spare anything in aid of this fantastic charity, please take a moment to do this.  Medair helps people who are suffering in remote communities around the world who urgently need food, water and shelter after suffering disasters such as earthquakes, flooding or hurricanes.
