I will be riding in the prudential 100 on Aug 2nd in memory of Kris Cook

Last year a number of my friends took part in the 100 mile ride. During the race one of the team tradically lost life due to an unknown heart issue. His girlfriend Nicola Tait is a childhood friend of mine and this year we will be riding beside her and helping her finnish the race in memory of Kris. Please help this amazing team raise money for a wonderful cause and in memory of a wonderful man. COME ONE TEAM KC... WE CAN DO THIS!!!!
