I know so many people who have been affected by this terrible disease, one in which you loose your loved one twice!

I decided that in trying for my seventh Vatternrudan, (which will see myself and a friend, Alan Moutter cycling 300km around this beautiful part of Sweden) that I would like to try to raise money to help those with Alzheimer's.

The Alzheimer’s Society's aim is to transform the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day that a cure is found, They will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

My ride is in memory of all those who are effected by this disease; my ride will be hard, but no where near as hard as those who have to live with this terrible illness.
