Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Many of you will know that I am passionate about helping young people. As someone who struggled with my mental health both as a child and as an adult, I know only too well what it feels like to lose hope; the Starr Trust exists to give back that hope to today's young people and help them reach their potential..

This will be my fourth ride with the charity - we went to Amsterdam, then up Mount Ventoux in the Alps, and this year we are attempting to cross England in just 3 days, from Bristol to Brighton via the Isle of Wight.

Less glamorous than the previous trips perhaps, but still a tough challenge, and certainly no less important - the money you generously donate will go towards removing roadblocks for young people, so thank you all so much in advance!
