I am running the Cupar 5 on the 1st of March with a couple of friends to raise money for the Terrence Higgins Trust Scotland. Myself and one of my fellow runners are raising money for Terrence Higgins Trust Scotland.

Today in the UK, 17 people will be taken into a room to hear a doctor say that words: "You have HIV." I want to help these 17 people as well as everyone living with HIV in the Scotland to ensure they live healty lives, free from prejudice and discrimination.

My aim is to raise £250 which could provide the THT Hardship fund, which will help a family dealing with HIV in severe poverty to afford essential items such a food, heating or baby equipment.
