Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
So on the 28th April this year I’m running the London Marathon. Yes, that’s just over 1 week away!!! I’m going to attempt to run the gruelling 26.2 miles with very little training. For me this will be a test of strength and character to just complete it.
I’m raising money for Cias Wrexham. Cias help people who are having problems with addictions, mental health, personal development and employment – as well as offering assistance and information to their families and friends.
We all either experience struggles or know somebody that is going through a difficult time. CIAS is a self reversal charity that can help and make big changes to your life.
They do some AMAZING WORK. It would be great if you can help me smash my target of £500 and raise an awareness of the support they provide.
Letting others know there is help out there and who they can turn to for help can truly change a persons life.
This is a late decision I know, but this run is going to be in memory of my good friend Paul who had the biggest heart and was always one who encouraged others to be the best person they could be. This run is also for ALL those who are struggling is some way or another be it with mental health, drug addiction or employment.
If we put our mind to it and with the right support we can achieve anything.
