Team Robbo/Harri take on GNR 2022 in aid of Key Enterprises.

Key Enterprises provide supported activities from their base in North Tyneside to adults with learning disabilities, mental health problems or acquired brain injuries. Through their involvement individuals develop practical skills within the working departments whilst building confidence and a sense of community.

Service users can also take part in a range of community based activities such as bike rides, kayaking, football, music, educational trips and much more. They provide a unique service that mixes adults with differing diagnoses and complexities providing opportunities and experiences found nowhere else.

None of this comes free and we're aiming to raise at least £1000 to support these key activities and help the team support more service users.

We are 4 related runners, 3 of whom will be running their first half marathon, scattered across the UK we'll be gathering together to take part in the iconic Great North Run as it returns to it's familiar format. Just to make it a bit more of a challenge the only one of the group who has run this distance has a knee injury and by 11 Sep won't have run at all for over a month - it's going to be an interesting day!!
