4 years ago i changed my lifestyle, i was very unhealthy, unfit and became unwell. This spurred me to start running. Its been a long journey, at first i couldn't get to the end of the road, i was determined so i upped my distance little by little , i celebrated when i ran my first mile, first 2 mile, first 5k, first 10k and last year my first half marathon. This incredible opportunity to raise money for a great charity is one that i will appreciate forever.
