This year I will be competing in a gruelling to bike ride with my colleagues from Chartis Insurance. Last time I completed the to I swore I would not do it again, gruelling distance, pelting rain and mad chasing dogs...
But when I heard of this years  to bike ride in aid of Brainwave I knew I had to do it again.
Brainwave is a fantastic charity that helps young children with difficulties such as cerebral palsy, autism and Downs syndrome.

The route from to offers some fantastic scenery, but the pretty rolling hills are pretty punishing on the legs.
