Story
After 3 and a half years of intensive underground stair climbing training across London it is finally time to bring my unique gift 'above ground'. I will be scaling the heights of London's second tallest building, Tower 42, for the charity Shelter on the 1st March. In case you're wondering, that's 183 metres, 42 floors or 920 steps!
Shelter works to help alleviate the distress of homelessness by offering advice, information and advocacy to those in housing troubles. If you consider this a worthy cause, please donate generously. If you're feeling especially supportive you can even join me on the day for a glamorous early morning champagne celebration in the 42nd floor bar after the event (although I'll probably stick to water and may be wheezing slightly).
Alternatively, if any young buck wants to challenge me to a race sign up here:

... but be ready to put your pride on the line.
