As most of you will know, my beautiful and fantastic sister lost her battle to cancer this January. I wanted to do a small thing in her memory to try and make a difference to the lives of some other people that have been affected by this cruel and indiscriminate disease. So on the 1st July I will be joining the ranks of middle aged men in lycra and forcing myself up some very steep hills. If you are able to spare some cash, any amount is fine, it would be going towards a great cause. I know that Jennifer would be chuffed to bits to know that together we have managed help even a few people. If not for her, do it because you know that I'll be in pain for at least four hours.
