I am taking part in 3,000 Push Ups in November for Teenage Cancer Trust. This November, I will be completing 3,000 Push Ups in a month. That's on average 100 Push Ups a Day!Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words you have cancer. They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through it. 

My 21 year old son, Jonathon, was diagnosed in September 2023 with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia and is now undergoing treatment at The Royal Marsden Hospital in Sutton. As a serving firefighter for West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service I have pledged to complete the challenge at Burgess Hill Fire Station where I will climb to the top floor of the training tower in full fire kit and do 100 Push Ups every day for the month.
