Hey all, in June 2011, myself and Connor will be running in the St Albans half marathon - a total of 13.1 miles - for Amnesty International and Help4Heroes. We aim to make a total of £1000, £500 per charity, and so it'd be great if you can donate and help us to support these two fantastic charities. 

Amnesty help to 'protect people wherever justice, fairness, freedom and truth are denied', whilst Help4Heroes 'raises money to support members of the Armed Forces who have been wounded in the service of their country.'
