I've decided to dedicate my toughest running challenge every year to fundraising for Kidney research in memory of my brother, Mike, who died on 17th December 2010.

Today (Sunday 2nd September) I'm running in the Totley Exterminator Fell Race. It's a 17 mile race with 4,200ft of ascent, making it roughly equivalent to running a full marathon on the flat.
