I'm not as fit as I should be so answered a request from St Nick's to take a place in the British 10k in return for raising some cash for a local South East London children's charity. I didn't feel I could ask for sponsorship for a 10k alone so I'm chucking in an extra 100 miles walking the South Downs way!
