I have the great opportunity in 2014 of joining 24,000 cyclists to ride the London Ride100 event - 100 miles / 160 km of cycling in London/Surrey from the Olympic Park, to Leith and Box Hills and a finish in the Mall.  Whilst having fun I'm also raising for a great cause - the British Forces Foundation - who do great work in supporting the British armed forces.
