I’m just aiming to fundraise anything I can to go to the fantastic people at the East Cheshire Hospice. Earlier in the year our beloved ‘Da’ was transferred to the end of life East Cheshire Hospice in his final days. The whole family were blown away by the amazing care the team at East Cheshire gave Da right through to the end to make his passing as peaceful and as pain free as possible for him. It is my hope and aim that as a family we can do as much as possible to support the amazing work the team all do there, so I would really appreciate any donation you can all make no matter how big or small!
