Story

In an effort to kick off the year positively (and to encourage myself to train over Christmas!), Keith, Paul and I decided to enter this small ultra event held on the Welsh Coast.

We will start in Aberdyfi and head north over various terrains (road, muddy fields, a couple of mountains and a nudist beach) for 42 miles until we finally reach Harlech Castle. We have little choice to be fair given the car will be parked at the castle and i doubt there will be very much public transport !

This will hopefully be one of 3 events throughout 2022, increasing in distance if this one goes to plan !

My employer has also agreed to match fund (up to a maximum of £2,500) so whatever you donate will be doubled and really will make a difference no matter how small or large.

Thank you

Andy

About the charity

Mental Health is complex. Our advocacy work involves, listening, guiding, planning, supporting and ensuring their needs are properly considered. Mental Health cannot be ‘cured’ with one conversation, it takes time to form trust. Our advocates devote hours, days, months to provide the best support.
