After the most courageous battle against cancer, my wife Andrea passed away on 20th June at the Hospice in the Weald in Kent.

She was so strong to the end. So dignified and so beautiful. This was helped by the team at the Hospice, who provided round-the-clock care and support in the final days of Andrea's life. 

Alongside my sons, Toby and Alex, I will be doing several sporting challenges over the summer to raise money for the Hospice. 

On 4 August we will be cycling the Prudential RideLondon 19 and on 22 September we'll be running the Hospice 10/5K run.

I would greatly appreciate any support you can give for this worthy charity.
