The Olympian Mudders are a team from Olympian Fitness in Hayes. We are training hard and gearing up for this Tough Mudder challenge on the 4th of May. Together we are taking on an assault course which tests endurance, strength - both physical and mental, but most of all teamwork.

CLIC Sargent is a children's cancer charity and they do wonderful work.
