I am a passionate endurance athlete and seven time Ironman finisher.

Many of my previous competitions were for my own personal ambition. This time I’m running for a cause, which is close to my heart: CBN Europe. 

In late 2021, I committed to run LLHM2022. Unfortunately, due to injuries, I was unable to participate. I was really looking forward to running in the city of London and raising money in a fun and physical way for CBN Europe.

This year I have fully recovered and have a new opportunity to participate in LLHM2023!

I've personally experienced the impact CBN Europe is making around the world. Through disaster relief; to drilling water wells; to medical care; to the freedom of children impacted by human trafficking; to the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

My estimated completion time for this race is 1hr 45mins.

Challenge me to beat my estimated time for LLHM2023! For every £100 raised, I will push myself to increase my speed and finish the race one minute earlier. For example, if my fundraising page has reached the total of £450, my goal is to finish the race by 1hr 41min.
