Hello again friends,
Well we did it! Much hillier than anticipated but good none the less. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of pushing ourselves through some really beautiful countryside.
The circuit took us pass some places Andrea and I visited right after she found out that her chemo had failed. I had some time to reflect on me bike and sorely wished she was still here.
However, I'm proud of that fact that so many of you gave so generously and for all the kind words of encouragement and advice running up to the event.
The target has basically been met, thank you,St. Christopher's Hospice thanks you and I'm sure Andrea would be ever so grateful too. https://secure.justgiving.com/andreamoran
Thanks also to The David Ryan Challenge Ride for putting together such a fantastic event. Think we'll be back next year for the ton( o.k. Max?). http://www.circuitofthecotswolds.org/index.php
Lastly,I'd like to also thank Max and Pete for their grand support, don't think I could have finished without their great company.
As many of you will know,Andrea spent her last three months at St Christopher's where she was given unbelievable care by the most wonderful staff there. I cannot in a millennia thank the hospice enough and hope this small effort would go in a minute way of repaying them for their care and great love shown not just to Andrea but to her family and least of all me.

Still you hands and still your heart
For still your face comes shinning through
And all the morning glows anew
Still your mind, still your soul
For still, the fire of love is true
And I am breathless without you.
Peace and love to you,
John
