I am very privileged to be asked by Paula Craig to swim as part of her team this summer.  It is 20 years since Paula was knocked off her bike and sustained a spinal injury which means she is now a wheel chair user. Paula was a police officer for the Met. Police serving with Howard for part of her illustrious career.   Paula owes much of her fulfilled life since the accident to the invaluable support and encouragement she has received from Aspire.  This is now our time to say thank you for all the amazing and worthwhile work they do for those, like Paula, with spinal injuries.
