So…Dad, (Frank McEwan) came back from his chemo appointment at the LRI today with yet another amazing idea, thankfully the 5k stilt walk has been shelved but instead, Dad and I are going to be abseiling down the side of the Windsor building at the Leicester Royal Infirmary on the weekend of the 10/11th September 2022. 

Dad has abseiled millions times when he was in the army, me never. But…if he can do it with  terminal cancer and one lung I’m sure I can get myself over the edge! He’s also thinking kilts!!!!!! 

The funds we raise will go to help Leicester's Hospitals and particularly the Chemo suite where Dad spends so much of his time. Dad’s nurse’s, consultant and everyone else in the NHS that have been part of his journey are absolutely incredible and because of this we’d like to give something back. A chemo chair cost upwards of £900.Please donate to our page and give generously!
