Event: Deep RiverRock Belfast City Marathon 2019, on 5 May 2019
Air Ambulance NI are delighted to be one of the nominated charities for the Belfast City Marathon 2019, celebrating its 38th year, the marathon will be held on Sunday 5th May 2019.

Story

AANI, in partnership with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS), provides the Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) for the region and responds to seriously ill or injured patients 12 hours a day, 7 days per week. It costs £5,500 per day to sustain this life saving service.  My names Andrea and I’m taking part in a relay team in the Belfast marathon, my legs 5 mile. This is my first time taking part in a marathon and I would like to try and help support the air ambulance whilst doing so. Thank you all in advance for any donations.
