Well, we both completed the The Stroke Association Resolution 5K with great times, Caroline - 26:41 and Andrea - 25:26 and not an oxygen mask in sight!!

A huge thank you to everyone who has made a donation, in total we/you have raised £530, plus £107.50 Gift Aid which has gone directly to The Stroke Association.

As I'm sure you are all aware we decided to do the run as one of Caroline's clients had a stroke, he is still in recovery and progressing.  Latterly Andrea's grandad had a stroke and unfortunately passed away.  The run was dedicated to both Mr Stewart, Caroline's client, and Jack Richardson, Andrea's grandad.
