Story

Tragically this New Years Day my amazing Uncle Ian died suddenly of a Pulmonary Embolism.  If he had sought help in time a local community first responder may have been able to help or even save him.

In his memory Ruby and I are each going to travel (walking, swimming and cycling) more miles than an ambulance covers in an average shift (155 miles in Bracknell). We have 3 months to acheive this and hope to raise lots of money in Ian's memory.

About the charity

We support the ambulance service in Berks, Bucks, Oxon & Hants. We are raising funds: to train & equip our volunteers; to train & equip communities to save lives & to enable the ambulance service to develop & enhance the care it gives. All our funds go to things over & above what the NHS funds.
