Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Sonya would have at some point been my mother in law. Unfortunately she passed away before she had the opportunity to experience her daughters happiness blossom.

I met Sonya shortly after being diagnosed with this incurable disease, a mere 16 months prior to her sudden departure from your and my world.

We have to question if any more can or could be done ???. The honesty is that we really dont know.

BUT with more money raised, This is your opportunity to enable more investigation into a disease that leaves many families in a distraut and vulnerable situation.

We all have a little bit to spare, and for all of those that know me it is rare that i ever ask for anything.

On this occasion, that is exactly what i am doing. Please support me in raising money for a charity in desperate need to understand a disease that requires significantly more funding.

Sonya was a giving person,  a caring person, a well liked person with a infectious laugh.

Sonya was towards the end a very frightened person who couldn't speak, couldn't eat, couldn't swallow.

She could and did smile until the very end.

I would like to think that your donation could help somebody smile before its too late.

Please dig deep, its for a very good cause.

Its what Sonya would have wanted :-))))

Thank you

Andy :-)))
