I think this charity is amazing and is very close to my heart. Having gone through depression and anxiety over the last year and facing some very hard times, I feel this illness is very important and needs more awareness. The passing of Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington has opened up a lot of people's perception of mental health, how serious depression is and the impact it has on many people. I'm hoping to raise money for the cause with a dog walk around the rec and Roath Park in Cardiff. This page is for those who are unable to attend but would like to donate to the cause.
