As some of you will no doubt know, cancer is a subject close to our hearts, and something that affects the lives of millions of people globally. Some people are lucky to never have had first hand experience of the impact it can have.

The Mouth Cancer Foundation is just one of many charities raising money to support research and care for sufferers of cancer. We have chosen to take part in this walk to help raise awareness of mouth cancer, in the hope that we can have a positive impact on the people whose lives are effected by this dehabilitating disease.

Please give generously and ignore the target if we are getting close. After all, targets are made to be beaten!

Last of all, wish us luck... walking isn't exactly fun at the best of times.
