Fundraising for Voluntary Service Overseas

Hello!
I have been given the fantastic opportunity to go abroad with VSO's International Citizen Service to volunteer for a 12-week project in a community overseas! The programe gives young people like myself the chance to work on important issues that really matter in communities aboard.
However in order to go aboard I have to fundraise a target of £800 for VSO! As my volunteering is paid for by the Departmenty for Internatiopnal Development, the money raised will go directly to the ICS programme to make sure more volunteers from overseas developing countries and more volunteers from the UK can be given such a life changing opportunity!
he money raised, therefore, means more people are making a direct contribution to the fight against poverty and will be making a sustainable difference to the lives of others.
