Chris and I are running (hopefully most of it at least!) the Glasgow Half-marathon on August 5th September to raise money for the devastating floods that have affected millions of people in Pakistan.  We are supporting the Disasters Emergency Committee Pakistan Floods Appeal.  We would be grateful for your support both as a donation and in the form of cheering on the day!
