The Fair Earth Foundation CIO, a registered UK charity, runs a special challenge, every month, to climb El Teide, the third highest volcano in the world. This is a gruelling, arduous challenge but the view at night of the stars and the breaking dawn over the magnificent crater make it consistently the single best experience of our volunteers in Tenerife over the last thirty years - thousands have taken up the challenge!!

The money raised from this fundraising challenge is going to SANCCOB, to support african penguins and other seabird's rehabilitation. I am doing this because I love these little monsters and they are part of our marvellous biodiversity!
