Story

Late last year my little friend Emilia, a daughter of two of our most treasured friends, was diagnosed with leukemia. She was just 3 years old. Now 4, she's just finished her third round of chemo and we could not be prouder of her, her big sister Elsa and her parents Helen & Adrian. Emilia is also taking part in a special trial - one that is supported by CCLG.

SO! I'm taking part in the Winter Wellbeing Walk Challenge for Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG) and helping to raise critical funds to support life changing research into kinder and more effective treatments for all children with cancer.

I'll be walking & running 100 miles over January & February which will be no mean feat - I work full time teaching and although I love walking, running is not my forte but a 5k training app should help!

Wish me luck and please donate. It really does make a difference.
