Ok some of you may remember a time when I was a keen runner completing 7k on a daily basis....well this is when I signed up to the Great South run and I can honestly say those days have long passed (which I think the dog is pleased about), however as someone who always commits to what they have promised to do I am dusting off the running shoes and get back to pounding the pavements for a very worthwhile charity!
