Can you believe I'm doing the Great North Run on 5th October?!?  It's the world's largest and most prestigious 1/2 marathon (13.1 miles - most of it up hill).  It also has a strong Henderson family history.  I'm running in aid of NSPCC and all donations are gratefully received - go on it's for the kids!
