I have been a Personal Trainer at Energie Fitness for the past 8 years plus and work closely with a wide range of clients on their health and fitness goals. I am also a full time Mummy to 2 boys who keep me extremely busy!
I have the same battles all working mums have and an opportunity to take my fitness outside and achieve a goal for myself is an amazing challenge.

I will be climbing the 3 biggest mountains in under 24hours, this is a massive challenge! Especially as I’ve recently realised I’m not the best with heights! I will be doing this along side 11 others, and we are raising money for a great local charity Andover young carers, they do fantastic work with our local youth who through no fault of their own are asked to carry out duties in their homes well out of the general realm of their age group in being asked to take on the role of carer for a loved one.  Please visit their website or Facebook page for all the details on the great work they do and help us to raise as much money for them as we possibly can.
