So for some reason I have gone and signed myself up for a 10km run with a few additional obstacles!

10 of us from Sony Music are embarking on the Total Warrior Challenge to raise money for Matthew's Friends.

Matthew's Friends raises awareness and promotes the use of a specially designed diet for children whose epilepsy cannot be controlled by drugs. They provide a huge amount of support and advice to the families and the professionals.

Total Warriors is a 10km obstacle course which is the ultimate test of strength, stamina, agility and mental determination. Not only are we running 10km around unforgiving Lake District terrain, they have also chucked in 19 specially designed hardcore obstacles, that will mean that I will struggle to even finish this at all, let alone in one piece with all my hair.
