Welcome to my just giving page for Diabetes UK!

So on Sunday the 19th August me and my brother are going to run 5k at the Birmingham Big Fun Run. I have been planning on trying to raise money for this particular charity for a while and finally got round to doing something about it!

Diabetes UK is an amazing charity helping thousands of people who suffer from the illness as well as family, friends and carers. Somebody very close to me has Type 1 Diabetes and it's shocking the impact it has on your day to day living. Being insulin dependent for your whole life, as well as not having the freedom to live and eat exactly as you wish, without considering your diabetes, and then the constant concern about what effects there might be later on in life.

I strongly believe that diabetes is a condition nobody should live with and with the correct funding we are within touching distance of a cure. Please donate as much as you can... Thankyou.
