We're taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, a physically and mentally demanding trek which covers 25 miles, three mountains covering a combined 5200ft ascent and all of which to be completed in under 12 hours. 

We're doing all this to (hopefully!) help Age UK York a great charity which I have volunteered for from May this year so I can personally see first hand how the money will help and the amazing people who will directly benefit. They rely so much on donations and volunteers so every little helps!
