Having not run in a race since before having children it's now time to put my trainers back on and hit the road. And what better charity to do it for. 

Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity that has been supporting children in Sussex for over 50 years. 

Rockinghorse raise money to provide live-saving medical equipment and additional services with the aim of improving the lives of sick children throughout Sussex.
