I have been volunteering at some capacity with Golden Crescent Habitat for Humanity for over 10 years and am currently on the board of directors. 

The work they do is life changing. Habitat homeowners pay a mortgage, help build their own home and take financial classes to learn how to manage a household.  It is not a hand out, it is a hand up. 

I will be at Habitat tomorrow afternoon to help frame out a home for 
Jazlyn, Sa'Riya, Aniyah and their mom. Please join me in creating a safe environment for their family to thrive. 

My goal of $500.
