Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. On this page, money will be raised for Velindre NHS Trust Charitable Fund. I chose this charity in particular as they helped to provide treatment and support to both my bampi Woolfall and my nanny Parker during their cancer battles a few years back; more recently, Velindre has also given treatment to one of my best friend’s grandpas. As a result, both of my grandparents defeated cancer whilst my best friend’s grandad was well cared for. 

Velindre is truly dedicated and compassionate to help others, and as a thank you to them for what they have done for my grandparents, my best friend’s grandpa and many other cancer patients, on 19th April 2019 I will be doing a tandem skydive where I’ll be dropping from 10,000 feet at up to 120 mph! 

The reason why the fundraising goal is set at £150 is as follows - £220 is needed to pay for the skydive, £70 is needed for the deposit and a minimum of £105 that will go to Velindre is needed in order for the jump to take place. I have paid the £70 deposit myself, and my dad has kindly offered to go halves for the cost of my skydive offsite. Because of this, any money donated on this page will go straight to Velindre! JustGiving does take 5% of the whole value in order for me to use their site, so £150 is enough to cover both this percentage cost and the minimum of £105 needed in order for the jump to take place. But of course, the donations doesn’t have to stop at £150 so the more money raised, the more future patients can get treatment needed for their own battles with cancer! Any donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated ❤️
