Story

So my initial challenge was to complete the Yorkshire 3 peaks along with friends in May this year. Due to a problem getting accomodation the date was changed to July 12th.

Then earlier this month came the devastating loss of our 3rd pregnancy when I suffered a missed miscarriage at 11 weeks 4 days.
This has greatly taken its toll on me both physically and emotionally.Almost 4 weeks on I am just about getting back to normal. With this in mind I will just be completing 1 peak (Whernside) along with Mickey,Katy and Verity.

My chosen Charity is The Leeds Childrens Hospital Appeal.

Abigail spent her last weeks in Leeds General Infirmary on wards 47,42 and 30 as well as being under the paedatric neuromuscular team for out patients appointments. The team continue to support Dan and I even after her death. The Leeds Childrens hospital aims to provide equpitment the NHS budget does not quite, reach, provide wall art and toys on each ward and generally make a childs stay in hospital as easy as possible for all the family.
