On 24 September I’ll be taking part in the Run for All Sheffield 10K as part of the University of Sheffield team. We’re raising funds for the University’s £2 million campaign to bring an MRI-PET scanning facility to Sheffield, the first of its kind in Yorkshire. More information about the Sheffield Scanner can be found at www.sheffield.ac.uk/sheffieldscanner

This will be my first ever 10k and will be a huge personal challenge for me having had a baby in the last year and being very out of practice! I can't promise a record time - but I'll do my very best to keep putting one foot in front of the other and raise as much money as possible for this important cause.
