Myself and 2 of my friends (Jake and Scott) have decided that in 3 weeks time we can ride 35 miles round the vale of Aylesbury (nuts - a little bit)

We have started training and its hard but will be worth it and even more so if you can spread the word to family and friends about are goal.

We have decided to sponsor 'Puzzle centre' because its not a very well known charity but it does amazing things for young children and there families, who along side the suffering of autism, the stress and 24 hour commitment it requires. My cousin has Asperges which is on the autisic spectrum - and so something close to my heart. i just have two amazing friends who will share the pain of this ride with me =)... thank you again for taking the time to read my blogg.
