I've volunteered for Sexpression:UK for 5 years as a member of their Lancaster Branch. Sexpression:UK is a not-for-profit, entirely student-led charity. Everyone who volunteers is an unpaid university student. Due to the pandemic, Sexpression:UK is facing unprecedented hardship and may have to shut down operations. This is a tragedy considering the amazing work they do. 

Sexpression:UK delivers accurate, inclusive, discussion based workshops to young people across the UK. They aim to empower young people to make informed decisions, and know where to find accurate and confidential information about their bodies and relationships . By doing this, Sexpression:UK aims to reduce STIs and unwanted pregnancies. Sexpression:UK believes sex and relationships education is a right, and provides this service for free. 

Some workshops provide information about gender, sexuality, body image, safe sex, contraception, relationships and abuse, consent and much more. Discussing these topics and knowing where to find out more is crucial for young people to be safe and have autonomy over their bodies. So please help me raise money for Sexpression:UK and help them continue their work!
