Recently I decided to skydive from an aeroplane of over 10,000ft high (120mph) in order to raise £1000 for Alder Hey Children's Hospital which will take place on 27th July 2017.
Petrified of heights this is the scariest thing I could think of doing, and therefore the reason I choose to do this, overcoming my fears and being both brave and having courage to do this is going to be petrifying. However volunteering at the hospital for near 2 years, each day I see little miracles both brave and fighting to overcome their worst fears and for their precious life's. So my aim is to use the bravery and courage gained and inspired from these little soldiers to overcome my biggest fear, and in return raise some funds to be used and give something back to make their fights at hospital a little easier!
Alder Hey is an amazing hospital, so is every little heart in there! Life is about spreading love, being selfless and giving help to anyone who needs it. Not to gain something in return, but be happy to know you've made someone's life a little easier. Working at Alderhey, I've realised there's hundreds of family's so close to home who need help, as well as so many amazing little soldiers who fight for their life's each day! Moving house this year after being accepted into university, I'm having to finish my placement at the hospital and would love to give something back before I leave!
Please sponsor me to do this skydive and keep supporting our children and hit that £1000 target! Thanks for all your kind support :)
