This year I'm taking part (with the help of the family dog Diesel) in the Liverpool 5k Santa Dash and will be raising money for ITV Text Santa 2012 (www.itv.com/textsanta) which aims to raise awareness and donations for UK charities who can help make a difference. The charities ITV have chosen this year are Age UK, Anthony Nolan, Carers UK, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Together for Short Lives and Whizz- Kidz.
